Filtering "My Shipments" List

Evotrux provides filtering tools to help you quickly find and manage shipments in your My Shipments list. Filters are available from both the dashboard and the shipment view sidebar, allowing you to quickly narrow results by status, reference, and more.

Default Filters On The Dashboard

In the dashboard view, the following filters are always visible:

  • Shipment Ref / ID – Search by shipment ID or custom reference

  • Shipment Status – Defaults to: Active | Booked | Picked Up

These default filters help surface shipments that are currently in progress.

Expanding Filters For More Options

Click More Filters to expand additional filtering options.


From here, you can further refine your shipment list using fields such as:

  • Equipment types

  • Services

  • Origins

  • Destinations

  • Shipment types

You can also filter by additional shipment statuses, including:

  • Delivered

  • Booking Cancelled

  • Cancelled

  • Expired


Filtering From The Shipment Page

When viewing an individual shipment, the My Shipments side list remains visible. You can use the same filters from this side list to quickly locate and switch between shipments without returning to the dashboard.

Why Filters Are Useful

Filtering your shipments helps you:

  • Quickly locate specific loads

  • Focus on active or in-progress shipments

  • Manage large shipment volumes more efficiently
