Accessing A Carrier Profile

You can open a carrier’s profile by clicking View Carrier Profile from a quote or questions on a shipment page. This will take you to the carrier’s public profile within Evotrux.

Company Overview & Ratings

At the top of the carrier profile, you’ll see key information including:

  • Overall rating and satisfaction score

  • Number of reviews

  • Carrier location

  • Member since date

  • An “About” section where the carrier can promote their business

This gives you a quick snapshot of the carrier’s reputation on Evotrux.

Insurance & Documents

The Insurance & Documents section shows the carrier’s insurance status and supporting documentation.

  • Insurance status indicates whether documents are current

  • You can view all uploaded insurance documents directly from the profile

Performance Statistics

Carrier performance metrics provide insight into activity and experience on the platform, including:

  • Quotes created

  • Shipments booked

  • Number of shipper networks they belong to

  • Their current membership tier

These help indicate how active and experienced a carrier is on Evotrux.

Carrier Capabilities & Equipment

The Carrier Information section outlines:

  • Carrier type (e.g. trucking company or non-asset broker)

  • Fleet size (if they are a trucking company)

  • Service areas (intra-Canada, cross-border, intra-US, Mexico, etc.)

  • Available equipment types

This helps ensure the carrier is a good fit for your shipment requirements.

Reviews & Feedback

The Company Reviews section displays feedback from other shippers who have worked with the carrier. Reviews can help you understand reliability, communication, and service quality.

You can also submit a review at any time for carriers you know.
