Filtering And Sorting Quotes

Evotrux provides filtering and sorting options to help you quickly review and compare quotes on a shipment. By default, only active quotes are shown, but you can adjust filters to view all quotes, including canceled or countered ones.

Filtering Quotes

You can filter quotes using the buttons at the top of the Quotes section.

Available filters include:

  • All – Shows all quotes regardless of status

  • Active – Shows only quotes that can still be booked

  • Countered – Shows quotes that are being negotiated

  • Canceled – Shows quotes that were withdrawn

  • Partner – Shows quotes from partner carriers

  • Trucking Company – Shows quotes from asset-based carriers

  • Broker – Shows quotes submitted by brokers

Tip:
If you’re trying to find the price from a canceled quote, switch the filter to All or Canceled.

Sorting Quotes

You can also sort quotes to help compare pricing and timing.

Sorting options include:

  • Newest

  • Oldest

  • Lowest Price

  • Highest Price

Sorting applies only to the quotes currently visible based on your selected filters.

Common Questions

Why can’t I see a quote I remember receiving?
Most often, the quote is no longer active. Switch the filter from Active to All or Canceled to locate it.

Does filtering affect booking?
No. Filtering only changes what is displayed. Booking actions are still available on active quotes.
