Shipment Email Notification Settings

Evotrux allows you to control whether you receive email notifications for activity on a shipment. You can choose to receive emails for events such as new carrier quotes or questions, or rely on in-app notifications only. Notification preferences can be set when posting a shipment or updated at any time from the shipment page.

Choose Your Notification Preference

Under Notification Preferences, check or uncheck the option to receive email notifications for events related to this shipment.

  • When enabled, you will receive email notifications

  • When disabled, you will only receive in-app notifications

Your selection will apply to this shipment once it is posted.

Update Email Notifications From The Shipment Page

From the shipment page, click the menu icon in the top-right corner.

From the menu, click Update Notification Settings.

Check or uncheck the email notification option, then click Submit to save your changes.

How Notifications Work

  • Email notifications are shipment-specific

  • In-app notifications are always available

  • You can update notification preferences at any time
