Exporting A PDF

Evotrux allows you to export a shipment as a PDF for sharing, record-keeping, or offline reference. You can choose whether to include pricing details and carrier information in the export. Follow the steps below to export a shipment PDF.

Step 1: Open Shipment Menu

From the shipment page, click the menu icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Select Export PDF

From the menu, click Export PDF.

Step 3: Choose Export Options

In the export modal, select what information you want to include:

  • Include pricing details (booked price and currency)

  • Include carrier information

Once selected, click Download PDF.

Step 4: Download And Use The PDF

The PDF will download to your device and can be shared or saved as needed.

What’s Included In The PDF

Depending on your selected options, the exported PDF may include:

  • Shipment reference and Evotrux shipment ID

  • Commodity, weight, service, and equipment type

  • Carrier company and contact details

  • Booked price and currency

  • Origin and destination details with ETAs
