Editing A Custom Shipment Reference
Evotrux allows you to assign and update a custom shipment reference to help identify shipments using your own internal naming or reference system. This reference is visible to your company and to the carrier who wins the shipment. You can update the custom reference at any time from the shipment page.

Step 1: Locate The Custom Reference Field
Open the shipment you want to update. At the top of the shipment page, locate the custom shipment reference and click the edit (pencil) icon next to it.
Step 2: Enter The New Reference
In the Edit shipment custom name window, enter the new reference you would like to use.
Step 3: Save Your Changes
Click Submit to save the updated reference. The new custom shipment reference will immediately appear on the shipment page.
Important Notes
Custom shipment references are optional
References are visible to your company and the booked carrier
Updating the reference does not affect quotes or booking status
