What Is Quote History

Quote history shows a timeline of actions taken on a quote, including:

  • Original quote submission

  • Shipper counteroffers

  • Carrier counteroffers

  • Accepted quotes

Each entry includes the amount, who took the action, and when it occurred.

Step 1: Navigate to the shipment and locate the quote you want to review.

Step 2: View Quote History

Click View History at the bottom-right of the quote card.

Step 3: Review The Timeline

The quote history panel will expand to show a chronological list of events, including:

  • Event type (submitted, countered, accepted)

  • Price at each step

  • Date and time of each action

  • Expiration details (when applicable)

You can collapse the history at any time by clicking Hide History.
