Canceling A Shipment

If a shipment no longer needs to move, Evotrux allows you to cancel it directly from the shipment page. When a shipment is canceled, carriers who quoted the load will be notified of the cancellation reason.

Step 1: Open Shipment Menu

From the shipment page, click the menu icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Select Cancel Shipment

From the menu, click Cancel Shipment.

Step 3: Choose A Cancellation Reason

Select the reason for canceling the shipment. Available options include:

  • Customer canceled the order

  • I did not receive any suitable quotes

  • The product is not ready / I was only looking for quotes

  • Other

The selected reason will be shared with carriers who quoted on the shipment.

Note: Canceling a shipment cannot be undone.
