Sharing Shipments
Evotrux allows you to share shipments with teammates so they can help manage, monitor, and communicate on a load. Sharing is useful when multiple people on your team need visibility or responsibility for a shipment. Follow the steps below to share a shipment with teammates.

Step 1: Open More Options
While creating a shipment, scroll down and expand More Options.
Step 2: Choose Who Can Manage The Shipment
Under Who on your team can manage this shipment?, select one of the following options:
Only me
The shipment will only be managed by you.Me and:
Select one or more teammates who should be able to view and manage this shipment along with you.
Company and branch administrators are always able to view and manage shipments.
How To Recognize Shared Shipments
Shared shipments will show up in the My Shipments list(s) of the teammate(s) you shared the shipment with. There will be a “shared” indicator, and your initials will be displayed, identifying the original owner of the shipment.
When To Share A Shipment
Sharing shipments is useful when:
Multiple team members need to monitor updates
Someone else will handle booking or communication
You want backup visibility for high-priority loads
