Adding Carrier Partners After A Shipment Is Posted
On private shipments, Evotrux allows you to notify additional carrier partners after the shipment has already been posted. This is useful if you want to expand visibility to more trusted carriers without reposting the load. Follow the steps below to add carrier partners to an existing shipment.

Step 1: Open Shipment Menu
From the shipment page, click the menu icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select Add Carrier Partners
From the menu, click Add Carrier Partners.
Step 3: Choose Partners To Notify
In the Add Partners window, select one or more carrier partners you would like to notify about the shipment. Only partners who do not already have access to the shipment will appear in the list.
Click Add to notify the selected carriers.
What Happens Next
Newly added partners will be notified and can view the shipment
Added carriers can submit quotes if the shipment is still accepting quotes
Existing partners are not affected
Important Notes
This option is available only for private shipments
Public shipments already notify all relevant carriers
You can add partners multiple times as needed
