Copying A Shipment

Evotrux allows you to copy an existing shipment to quickly create a new one with the same details. This is useful for repeat shipments, similar loads, or when you want to reuse most of the information without starting from scratch. Follow the steps below to copy a shipment.

Step 1: Open Shipment Menu

From the shipment page, click the menu icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Select Copy Shipment

From the menu, click Copy Shipment.

Step 3: Review And Update Shipment Details

A new shipment form will open with the details from the original shipment pre-filled.
Review the information and update anything that needs to change, such as:

  • Pickup or delivery dates

  • Weight or commodity details

  • Route stops

  • Notes or references

Step 4: Review And Post The New Shipment

Once your updates are complete, click Review Shipment and post the shipment as you normally would. The copied shipment will become a new load.

Helpful Tips

  • Copying a shipment does not affect the original shipment

  • Copied shipments are not automatically shared until posted

  • This is a quick alternative to manually re-entering shipment details
