Creating Carrier Network Groups
Carrier network groups allow you to organize your partners into logical groups (for example, by region, equipment type, or preference). These groups can then be selected when posting private shipments, making it faster and easier to notify the right carriers.

Step 1: Go To Your Carrier Network
From the left navigation menu, click the Carrier Network icon.

Step 2: Create A New Group
In the Network Groups section, click Create Group.

Step 3: Name The Group
Enter a name for the group (for example, West Deck Carriers) and click Submit.
You’ll be able to add members once the group is created.

Step 4: Add Partners To The Group
Click the Partners dropdown menu, then select the partners you want to add.

When you’ve selected all the partners you want in this group, click ADD MEMBERS. Your group will now include the selected partners.

Using Groups When Posting A Shipment
When posting a private shipment, you can now select one or more carrier groups instead of choosing individual partners.

This allows you to quickly notify all carriers in that group with a single selection.
Why Use Carrier Groups
Carrier network groups help you:
Organize partners by lane, region, or equipment type
Post private shipments faster
Reduce repetitive partner selection
Maintain consistent visibility for trusted carriers
