Editing Shipments
On Evotrux, shipments can’t be edited after they’ve been posted. If something changes (pickup details, commodity, weight, route, etc.), the fastest way to update the shipment is to cancel it, then copy and repost it with the correct information.

How to update a posted shipment
1) Cancel the shipment
Open the shipment page.
Click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
Select Cancel Shipment.
Choose a cancellation reason, then confirm.


2) Copy the shipment
From the same shipment page, open the menu (☰) again.
Select Copy Shipment.

3) Update details and repost
A pre-filled shipment form will open with all shipment details copied over.
Update any information as required.
Click Post Shipment.

What happens next?
Once the updated shipment is posted:
A new shipment is created with the updated details.
A new notification is sent to carriers about the shipment.
Carriers can view, ask questions, and submit quotes based on the updated information.
