Add/Update Your Insurance

All carriers on Evotrux must maintain, at a minimum, valid and current cargo insurance.

When you create your company account and/when the insurance you have on file is nearing expiration, Evotrux will remind you to provide a copy of your valid and current insurance.

All you have to do is email your insurance certificate to Evotrux customer support (support@evotrux.com) for a quick review/verification. You will receive a reply within 24 hours stating that your account has been verified, your insurance has been updated, or if we need any clarification before verifying/updating.

Carriers cannot quote until their account has been verified and a valid/current insurance certificate is on file.

You can also send any additional documentation you’d like to showcase to Shippers. Most carriers call this their “carrier package”.

Any documentation you provide will be made available on your Company Profile, where Shippers can access/view it at any time.
