Add Team Members to Your Account

Carrier admin users can invite teammates to join their company account on Evotrux. This allows multiple users from the same company to quote, manage bookings, and collaborate.

Where to Add Teammates

Teammates are added from the Company Details page.

To access it:

  • Click the Company Details icon in the left-hand navigation

  • Select Add Team Members

How to Invite a Teammate

To invite someone:

  1. Click Add Team Members

  2. Enter their email, first name, and last name

  3. Send the invitation

The invited user receives an email to activate their account and join your company.

Viewing Your Team Members

All company users are listed at the bottom of the Company Details page.

You can see:

  • Administrators

  • Carrier users

  • Account creation dates

This helps keep track of who has access to your account.


TL;DR

  • Only carrier admins can invite teammates

Adding teammates makes it easier to collaborate and manage shipments as a team.
