Collecting reviews on Evotrux is a simple way to strengthen your carrier profile and show shippers what it’s like to work with you, even if that shipper isn’t on the Evotrux platform.

Step 1: Choose the Right Shipper

Start with shippers you’ve successfully worked with, especially repeat customers or recent deliveries where everything went smoothly.

Step 2: Share the Review Link

Send the shipper this link and ask them to complete a short testimonial form:

They do not need an Evotrux account to submit a review.

Step 3: Explain What It’s For

Let them know the review helps demonstrate your service quality to other shippers and contributes to your public carrier profile as an external review if they aren’t on Evotrux or a user review if they are.

Step 4: Follow Up (If Needed)

A quick reminder after a few days is often enough. The form is short and only takes a few minutes to complete.

Once submitted, the review is added to your profile and helps build trust with future shipping partners.
