Share Bookings with Your Teammates
After a shipment is booked, carriers can share that booking with teammates so multiple users from the same company can manage it together. This makes it easy to involve dispatchers, operations staff, or other team members once a load is confirmed.

How to Share a Booking
To share a booking:
Open the booked shipment
Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right corner
Select Share Booking with Teammate
Choose one or more teammates
Click Add Teammates
The booking is shared immediately.

What Happens After a Booking Is Shared
Once shared:
Both (all shared) users have the same access and control of the shipment
Teammates can view the shipment, chat with the shipper, and add status updates
There is no “read-only” mode; access is shared equally
This allows teams to collaborate without duplicating work.
How Shared Bookings Appear

For the teammate receiving the shared booking:
The shipment appears in their My Quotes list
The booking is marked as Shared
The initials of the user who shared the booking are displayed
This makes it clear who shared the shipment and avoids confusion.
When Sharing Is Most Useful
Sharing bookings is especially helpful when:
Dispatching loads after booking
Handing off shipments between team members
Coordinating updates across operations and after-hours staff
Ensuring coverage if someone is unavailable
It keeps everyone aligned without forwarding emails or screenshots.
TL;DR
Sharing is possible only after a shipment is booked
Sharing gives teammates full access and control of the shipment
Shared bookings appear in the teammate’s My Quotes list
The sharer’s initials are shown for clarity
Sharing helps teams collaborate and manage loads efficiently
Sharing bookings ensures the right people have access at the right time, without slowing down execution.
