1. Navigation Menu

The navigation menu runs vertically along the left-hand side of your screen and gives you quick access to key areas of the platform:

  • Truck icon – Takes you back to the Dashboard (Home) at any time

  • Bell icon – Your Notifications, including updates on quotes, bookings, and shipment activity

  • Chat icon – Opens Chat, where all current and previous conversations with shippers live

  • User icon (circle with head) – Access your User Account settings

  • Two people icon – Opens your Company Details page

  • Circle with two people icon – Opens your Company Profile, which shippers can view

  • Door iconLog out of your account

This menu stays available at all times so you can quickly move between sections without losing your place.

2. Partner vs Public Shipments Toggle

At the top of the shipment list, you’ll see a toggle for:

  • Partner Shipments

  • Public Shipments

By default, your dashboard always shows Partner Shipments first.

  • Partner Shipments are loads from shippers in your network

  • Public Shipments are open loads available to the broader carrier network

3. Shipment List (Available Loads)

The main center section of the dashboard displays your Shipment List.

This list shows:

  • Loads currently available to you

  • Shipments that match your active filters and lanes (if any)

Each shipment card includes key details such as:

  • Equipment type

  • Load type (FTL/FCL, etc.)

  • Weight

  • Origin and destination

  • Ready date

  • Shipment ID

Clicking on a shipment opens the Shipment Details page, where you can review full information and submit or manage a quote.

4. Shipment Filters & Lanes

Above the shipment list, you’ll find tools to refine what you see:

  • Filters / Lanes button – Apply shipment filters and create lanes

  • Show My Lanes – Quickly view and manage your existing lanes

Filters help narrow down shipments by criteria like location, equipment type, and more. Lanes allow you to save preferred routes so relevant shipments appear automatically.

5. My Quotes (Quote History)

On the right-hand side of the dashboard is your My Quotes panel.

This is a historical record of every quote you’ve submitted, including:

  • Shipment id

  • Quote amount

  • Equipment type

  • Current status (Active, Countered, Booked, etc.)

Clicking on any quote takes you directly to the associated Shipment page, where you can:

  • View shipment details

  • Manage your quote and respond to counteroffers

  • Chat with the shipper and provide tracking updates (on booked load)

This panel makes it easy to track your activity and manage ongoing opportunities without searching through shipments manually.

Summary

Your Carrier Dashboard is designed to help you:

  • Navigate quickly using the left-hand menu

  • Focus on the right loads using Partner/Public toggles and filters

  • Track available shipments in one centralized list

  • Manage and monitor all your quotes in real time

As you get comfortable with these sections, you’ll be able to find loads faster, respond to opportunities more efficiently, and keep full visibility into your activity on Evotrux.
