The My Quotes panel lets you quickly find and manage quotes you’ve submitted. Filtering tools help narrow the list so you can focus on specific shipments or quote statuses.

Where to Find Quote Filters

Quote filters are located at the top of the My Quotes panel on your Carrier Dashboard.

Filter by Shipment Reference or ID

Use the Shipment Ref/ID field to search for a specific shipment.

  • Enter a shipment ID or reference

  • The list updates to show matching quotes only

This is the fastest way to locate a single quote.

Filter by Quote Status

You can filter quotes by their current status, including:

  • Active

  • Booked

  • Declined

  • Cancelled

This helps you quickly review outstanding quotes or focus on booked or closed shipments.

Filter by Shipment Type

The Shipment Type filter lets you narrow quotes by:

  • Project Shipments

  • Single Shipments

  • Quotes-Only Shipments

This is useful if you work with different shipment formats and want to isolate specific quote types.
