Carriers can send files directly to shippers through Live Chat on booked shipments. This is commonly used for documents like rate confirmations, PODs, invoices, or other shipment-related files.

Where File Sharing Is Available
File sharing is available:
Inside the Live Chat on a booked shipment
Only after the shipment has been booked
Files are shared directly within the shipment conversation.
How to Send a File

To send a file:
Open the booked shipment
Scroll to the Live Chat section
Click the attachment (paperclip/file) icon
Select a file from your device
Send the message
The file appears in the chat with a download link for the shipper.

Important Notes
Files are visible to both the shipper and carrier team members
Uploaded files are timestamped in the chat
Maximum file size is 5MB per file
This keeps all shipment-related documents in one place.
