Quoting multi-shipment projects

Quoting a multi-shipment project is similar to quoting an individual shipment on Evotrux with a few subtle differences.

Start by inputting the price you want to charge including currency type.

Then indicate your starting and ending dates for loading. (For individual shipments you state a pickup and delivery date.)

The next part is the biggest difference to be aware of. You will be asked to provide the minimum and maximum number of shipments you’re willing to move at the price stated.

Then select the equipment type for your quote and add any notes/comments.

Finally, click “submit quote” and your quote will be sent to the shipper for review.

The shipper can assign you loads anywhere within your minimum and maximum range. If you said your quote is valid for 5-10 loads, the shipper can assign you anywhere from 5-10 loads.

You will be notified in-app and by email when a shipper accepts your quote including the number of assigned shipments and dollar value.
