Evotrux enables carriers to ask you questions about your shipment. You can respond, and the answer is visible to all carriers viewing the shipment. This helps reduce answering repetitive questions and keeps communication clear and consistent.

Evotrux provides filtering and sorting options to help you quickly review and compare quotes on a shipment. By default, only active quotes are shown, but you can adjust filters to view all quotes, including canceled or countered ones.

Evotrux allows shippers to add private notes to a shipment for internal communication and record-keeping. These notes are visible only to your team and are never shared with carriers.

Carrier network groups allow you to organize your partners into logical groups (for example, by region, equipment type, or preference). These groups can then be selected when posting private shipments, making it faster and easier to notify the right carriers.

If a shipment has already been booked with a carrier and the load can no longer move, Evotrux allows you to cancel the booking directly from the shipment page. Canceling a booking updates the shipment status and notifies the carrier.

Evotrux keeps a complete history of each quote so you can see how pricing and negotiations evolved over time. Quote history includes original submissions, counteroffers, and the final accepted price.

Evotrux allows shippers to block carriers they don't want to work with. Blocking a carrier prevents them from accessing and quoting on your future shipments.

You can remove a carrier from your network at any time. Removing a carrier means they will no longer be part of your partner network and will not be notified about future private shipments unless re-added.

On Evotrux, shipments can’t be edited after they’ve been posted.

If something changes (pickup details, commodity, weight, route, etc.), the fastest way to update the shipment is to cancel it, then copy and repost it with the correct information.

Evotrux now lets you select one or more customers when posting a shipment. Once selected, those customers automatically receive shipment tracking updates as the carrier provides them.
