Tracking Updates

Carriers provide tracking updates for your shipments on Evotrux in 2 ways.
1. Tracking Link

Carriers that said they can provide a tracking link on their quote will add their tracking link when available. The tracking link section is shown just above the chat on your shipment page.
2. ETA’s & Picked Up/Delivered Notifications

Whether a carrier can provide a live tracking link or not, they are asked to provide timestamped picked-up and delivered notifications. They can also provide ETA’s here.
You will receive an in-system notification + email if enabled for each update.
After your load is delivered, here is how you review the carrier.
