Communicating With Booked Carriers

Immediately after you accept a quote, you will be connected to that carrier via live chat.

You can send instant messages to each other here. You/the carrier can also upload files within the chat.

If the carrier does not respond to one of your chat messages within 60 seconds, Evotrux sends them an email advising that there is a chat message pending.

You are also provided with their email address if you want/need to connect with them there.
