Posting A Shipment On Evotrux

To post a shipment on Evotrux, fill out the shipment posting form which can be found on your home screen.

Step 1: Provide The Shipment Details

This includes:

  • ⁕The type of equipment your shipment can move on/in

  • ⁕Whether the shipment is a full load (FTL/FCL) or partial load (LTL/LCL)

  • ⁕The weight of your shipment

  • The commodity that is being moved

  • Any special requirements

  • Any additional notes and product dimensions

  • Your reference number

⁕ indicates that a field is required

Step 2: Create The Route

  1. Provide the origin/pickup location for the shipment

    1. At a minimum, you must enter City, ST/PR.

    2. Indicate the date the shipment will be ready for pick up.

  2. Provide the destination/delivery location.

    1. Select whether you want the shipment to deliver as soon as possible (ASAP) or on a specific date.

Step 3: Review The Shipment

Click REVIEW SHIPMENT, make sure the information is correct, then click + POST SHIPMENT.

Your shipment will now appear at the top of your My Shipments list.

Evotrux automatically notifies relevant carriers about your shipment. Most shipments will start receiving quotes within a few minutes. Here is how to review quotes and book a truck.
