Working With Your Existing Carriers On Evotrux

Before starting with Evotrux, most businesses already have carriers they know and trust. Evotrux is designed to help you work with those carriers more efficiently.

On Evotrux, you can invite your favorite carriers to join your network on the platform in 2 different ways.

When Posting A Shipment

In the Shipment Visibility section, when posting a shipment, you can type/paste in the email addresses of your preferred carriers.

Once you post your shipment, they will receive an email with details about your shipment and a link to submit a quote.

After creating their free account, these carriers will automatically be added to your network, and you will be able to select them from your partner list on future loads.

From the Network Page

1. Click on the Network page tab in the navigation menu (circled below).

2. Paste or type in the email addresses of your partners and then click SEND INVITE(S).

The carriers you invite will receive an email stating that you’d like them to join your network on Evotrux. All they have to do is click ACCEPT INVITE on the email.

Beyond giving your partner carriers unlimited, free access to work with you on Evotrux, you can post shipments privately for your partners, provide them with instant “book now” pricing options, and segment them into groups for streamlined distribution.
