Where to Find Shipment Filters

On your Carrier Dashboard, shipment filters are accessed through the Filters / Lanes button above the shipment list.

From here, you can:

  • Apply temporary filters to the shipment list

  • Select an existing lane

  • Save a new lane (covered in a separate article)

How Shipment Filters Work

When you open Filters / Lanes, a panel appears where you can filter shipments by common criteria, including:

  • Equipment Types – Limit shipments to equipment you operate

  • Services – Filter by required services

  • Origins – Where shipments start

  • Destinations – Where shipments end

As soon as filters are applied, the shipment list updates automatically to reflect your selections.

Filtering by Lanes

You may also see the option to select a saved lane from the top of the filter panel.

When a lane is selected:

  • The shipment list is filtered using that lane’s criteria

  • You see shipments that match your preferred routes and equipment

Including Broker Loads (For asset-based Carriers only)

Carrier users from asset-based trucking companies will see an additional filter to include broker loads.

Including loads posted by brokers increases the number of available shipments you can access/quote. However, if you only want to see/access loads posted by direct shippers, you can slide this filter off.

Clearing or Resetting Filters

Inside the filter panel, you can:

  • Click Clear Filters to remove all active filters

  • Return the shipment list to an unfiltered state

This is useful if you want to quickly broaden your view again.

Summary

  • Shipment filters help narrow down available loads

  • Filters are accessed via the Filters / Lanes button

  • You can filter by equipment, services, origins, and destinations

  • Selecting a lane also filters the shipment list

  • Filters apply to both Partner and Public Shipments

Using filters effectively helps you spend less time searching and more time quoting on the right freight.
