Single Shipment
A Single Shipment is used for one specific load with a defined origin, destination, and schedule.
Best for one-off or standard freight moves
Carriers can quote, negotiate, and be booked on this shipment
The shipment progresses through the full lifecycle (posted β booked β delivered)
Multi-Shipment Project
A Multi-Shipment Project is designed for moves that include multiple related shipments under one project.
Ideal for projects with repeated or phased shipments (e.g., construction projects, recurring site moves)
Each shipment is managed individually but grouped under a single project for organization and visibility
Helps track progress, pricing, and carriers across multiple loads tied to the same initiative
Quotes Only Shipment
A Quotes Only Shipment is used when you want pricing information but do not intend to book the shipment at that time.
Useful for budgeting, planning, or market rate checks
Carriers can submit quotes, but the shipment cannot be booked
No commitment to move freight, used for pricing visibility only
Quotes Only Shipments are only available on the Premium plan. A maximum of 10 Public Quotes Only loads can be posted monthly. You can post an unlimited number of Private Quotes Only loads at any time.
While useful, too many Quotes Only postings can disengage your carrier base. Use these in conjunction with bookable shipments to maintain an engaged carrier network.
