Reviewing Quotes & Booking A Truck

Quote Notifications

You will receive in-app notifications (and emails if enabled) as carriers provide you with quotes. Clicking on a notification will take you to that shipment page, where you can view/interact with the quotes.

Quote Details

Quotes received from carriers will be shown in the Quotes table on the shipment page.

Below are the different elements within a quote that you can view and interact with.

Carrier Details

This section includes:

• Their company name (which is also a link to their profile page)

• A record of the peer reviews they have received

• Whether they are a partner or not (the P icon)

• Whether they are a trucking company (T icon) or a Broker (B icon)

• Whether they can provide a tracking link for this shipment or not

Price, Equipment, & ETA’s

This section shows:

• The quoted price

• The equipment type the carrier is offering

• Their pick-up and delivery ETA’s (Estimated Time of Arrival)

Quote Actions

This section includes the actions you can take on a quote

• View the carrier’s insurance documentation

• Ask the carrier a question

• Decline the quote

• Send a counteroffer

• Book the truck/quote

• View a history of this quote (including any counteroffers made)

• Block the carrier (the flag in the bottom right)

To book a truck, simply click the “Book” button and confirm by accepting the quote. Once booked, you will be able to chat directly with the carrier and receive tracking updates.
